Our battle in this world is just beginning ...
In recent years, humanity has experienced a deterioration in all aspects, the most important of which is spiritual deterioration; We see this reflected in the loss that exists in this generation, calling the Good (Bad) and the Bad (Good) forgetting the passage mentioned by the Prophet Isaiah:
Isaiah 5: 20
- Woe to those who call evil good
and good evil,
who put darkness for light
and light for darkness,
who put bitter for sweet
and sweet for bitter.
Currently the human being justifies his sins by the fact of being a Flesh, when that is precisely the point, we must die to the Flesh and achieve Holiness without which no one will see God.
We fight every day with the enemy fighting battles in order to submit our flesh to the Will of God. However, Our Lord Jesus Christ died on the Cross and defeated the evil one.
WHAT DOES GOD DEMAND FROM US?
The truth is that from Genesis to the Apocalypse, God only demands something from us in our free will and it is "OBEDIENCE". Obedience to God is necessary since Jesus himself declares.
Matthew 7:21-23
- “Not every one that saith unto Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, but he that doeth the will of My Father who is in Heaven.
- Many will say to Me in that Day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy name, and in Thy name have cast out devils, and in Thy name done many wonderful works?’
- And then will I profess unto them, ‘I never knew you: depart from Me, ye that work iniquity.’
CONCLUSION
The battles we wage are in most cases against ourselves. It is important to understand the need to change and renew our mind until we reach a point where the fight is over.
The battle that we wage today is between our Flesh and the spirit, we must fight every day to walk in Spirit and leave aside the works of the flesh.
In this way we will serve as examples to our Family and friends by carrying the Light of the Gospel shown through our own lives, that is the best Gospel we can preach and the greatest battle.
I hope God fills us with wisdom and does not allow us to turn away from his ways, neither to the right nor to the left, and in this way achieve to be factors of change for a world that is in total decline.
