I am paying attention to #WalkAway and here are some that I really liked...

in #walkaway6 years ago

This particular video is more of an advertisement, but it is powerful.

The Democratic Party #WalkAway

Kevin of Kevin's Corner always makes me laugh in how he acts and speaks in his videos. His catch phrase is "Making Sense Out of Nonsense". In this video he comes up with another funny label "Stinkin' Thinkin'". LOL. He definitely inspires happiness and laughter when I watch his videos.

#walkaway movement started! Allelujah!

In this one it takes a little over 10 minutes for him to get to the actual experience, and before that it is lead up to what lead him to experiment. Once he does get around to it though it is quite powerful.

I tested Conservatives. I #WalkedAway into loneliness, until now

This one is pretty good too, I saw it yesterday.

#WalkAway from Authoritarian Progressives, regain our Freedom

Also for those of you walking away. It doesn't mean you need to support the GOP. That is a choice. The main thing I think we want people to do is think for themselves and avoid dogmatic group think. It can happen in the GOP as well, so if you do embrace the GOP be sure to keep thinking for yourself instead of following a herd. The only minority that matters is "the individual". Be an individual.

I dislike Trump a lot. I didn't vote for him and haven't voted for one of the mainstream candidates in the last few presidential election cycles. But this kind of crap makes me want to vote for him. I hate progressives for making me want to vote for Trump.

I didn't vote for him either. I voted Libertarian for President. I voted third party anywhere I had an option. When I didn't I voted 50/50 across Democrat and GOP.

Now, I would vote for Trump. I only knew him for talk. I haven't liked everything he has done, but that is true of every president, and other position. I've been pretty impressed what he has managed to do given the unprecedented non-stop hate and attacks against him.

The vast majority of claims against him are total B.S. if you totally look into them.

One thing is certain though it is unlikely I'll vote for a single Democrat from this point on. Which I did.

I voted for Obama his first term (2008) and he proceeded to do the opposite of everything he said when campaigning which convinced me to vote for him. This is the status quo for every president in my lifetime with the exception of Trump.

As to the border crap, and separating children. That's been going on since the 1970s, and Democrats even passed a bill in 2002 that specifically described separating children from parents that are committing a crime of trespassing and entering the country at some location other than a port of entry. Kind of like people climbing through your window, or sneaking through your garage rather than knocking on your door and being invited in.

So they blame that on Trump, when actually not a single thing in that regard they blame him for was created by him. He simply inherited that situation.

The Democrat party is a single issue party at this point. Hate Trump, get Trump out. Which doesn't leave much room to plan how to actually run things, fix problems, etc. It also doesn't leave any room for Democracy or a Republic since they only respect that IF the people they want win.

EDIT: Also #WalkAway doesn't mean you have to support Trump. It simply means stop supporting the insane Democrat party. Be independent, be Libertarian, be GOP, be an individual, etc.

I agree with pretty much everything you said. I disagree with a lot of what Trump does but it has nothing to do with the ridiculous claims against him. I also used to occasionally vote for a Democrat but no more. I'm registered Republican and I'll vote in the primary. The vast majority of the time my primary choice isn't the one that wins so I usually vote 3rd party in the general election.

I was a delegate for Ron Paul in 2008. When he dropped out I voted for Obama. When he did the opposite of why I voted for him that was when I promised not to do the Lesser of Two Evils thing anymore.

In 2012 I was a delegate for Ron Paul again and went all the way through state convention.

I voted Libertarian that year.

In 2016 I voted Libertarian as well though I didn't like what Johnson was doing towards the end and didn't like his VP choice at all. I didn't expect them to win but I was hoping to get them up to over 5% to open some future doors.

I also didn't vote for Trump as I didn't really know much about him. He had a couple of things going for him. I'd thoroughly researched Hillary so knew if he was evil, he was the lesser. I'd promised not to do the lesser of two evils again. I kept my word. The other thing he had going for him was the media was constantly bashing him, and I long ago learned that if the media was cheering for someone they likely were a bad choice. So I was curious about Trump but not willing to take that Gamble.

I was registered Republican when Ron Paul was running. I've been an Independent again for awhile now.

if you don't mind please upvote my article Thank you :)

It is ironic that you ask someone to upvote something you wrote in a comment on a post that you didn't even bother to up vote.

Sorry brother i'm new on steemit i forget sometime i need more learn

You don't need to up vote my reply. It is typically a good thing to up vote the actual post you are commenting on.

See those 8 votes?

None of those are yours, yet you are asking for me to upvote your article.

i both side upvote on article and comment also its here showing 9 vote my dear i m sorry late upvote next time i will always upvote i never forget thank you

I don't expect you to upvote unless you want to. Yet it is not in good taste to ask for an upvote for something of yours in a comment to something you didn't upvote. That's the only reason I challenged you. :) Thanks.

That's better. I upvoted your original comment.

When I first came across the "WalkAway" thing, I guess what resonated with me is that I am ready to walk away from most expressions of extremism.

Perhaps those who occupy the polar extremes of opinion serve a purpose... they become our "canaries in a coalmine" that stirs people from complacency, and it's through their shrill voices and flaming self-destruction (currently personified by the "Liberal Left) that we come out of our comfortable stupors... and (as you suggest) become individuals again.
