Good Weather and bad Weather - WednesdayWalk

in #wednesdaywalk5 years ago

Yesterday was a funny day in the weather, but at least we did not get wet.

Good Weather and bad Weather

Today it rained all day again. Therefore, the photos from yesterday's walk around the Forstsee are my contribution to the #WednesdayWalk by @tattoodjay.

I wrote above that yesterday's weather was strange: sometimes the sky was blue with a few little clouds, and then soon gray clouds of rain moved across the sky.

Most of the time there was a relatively strong wind, which is why most of the photographed trees are blurry.

Although dark rain clouds kept moving over us, not a drop of rain fell, and we stayed dry the entire walk.

Despite the days of continuous rain, the paths in the forest around the lake were relatively dry.

At the end of the walk around the lake, the wind subsided, but the sky darkened again with rain clouds.

Forgive me, my Dear friend @Johannpiber, for a brief comment. I'm not good friends with the phone keypad. The day after tomorrow I will be back home. The dynamics of the movement of clouds is very realistic. Full sense of presence! Super shots of a super photographer! Have a great evening!

I hate typing on the phone too, my friend @barski ;)
I thank you very much for another very nice comment from you, and wish you a good night.

🎁 Hi @johannpiber! You have received 0.1 STEEM tip from @melinda010100!

The clouds add so much drama to your photos! I'm glad you did not get wet on your walk. !Tip

Thank you so much, Melinda 😊
Yes, before we went there I thought, we are going to get wet, but apart from alternating blue skies and gray rain clouds, it has stayed dry :)
Many people must have thought the same, but haven't been optimistic, because we were quite alone at the lake ;)

It's really nice! We are supposed to get rain tomorrow. It's rare for us to get rain this time of year. :)

Thank you vey much, Ross &#128522,
I cannot remember so many rainy days in May, but it is as it is ;) ... and the next days should become dry and sunny and warm, if you can believe the weather forecast 😉

What a gorgeous area for a walk, suprisingthe tracks were so dry, and not another person in any of that shots, was that how it was or your timed the shots when people were not there

Glad you we able to stay rain free for your walk and dry

Thanks for joining Wednesday Walk :)

Thank you JJ,

I was also surprised, because it was raining really a lot the days before, even yesterday morning. There were just a few people around, and we saw only 2 or 3 - no timing was necessary :)

Yesterday was rain free, but today it was raining again the whole day.

Once again I didn't forget, that Wednesday is walking day 😉

Yes I saw your post and it was a great one duh and I am commenting on it again now it’s been that kind of day I think my brain needs a break lol
Weather can be so strange but I am glad to say current forecast show no rain fir the next 5 days I hope it stays that way
It’s great you had that beautiful area pretty much to yourself

... and I thank you again :)
If our weather forecast is right, both of us will have nice weather over the weekend.
I think, all other people thought, it would rain, and didn't come to the lake for a walk - our luck :)

Luck can so often be the key fir great photo moments we’ll luck to be in the right place at the right time
Then skill steps today in 😎👍

Good morning JJ,
that's so right, what you are saying. I have so many photos, where luck was the only reason for it to be good.

This one was pure luck - right time, right place and accidently the right settings on the camera, because this moment lasted only a few moments.

That one is so special the magical moment of golden light caught on that peak
But no so much accidental fir the settings I am sure you were set up for shots there and this magic happened

You are right, I was set up for a sunrise, but the sunrise was meant to happen on the opposite site, and when I turned around to go back to the car, I saw it. Of course, it was also luck, that I did not have to change any settings :)

Howdy sir johannpiber! that looks like such a nice lake and path, or else the photos are so skillfully shot that it just LOOKS that way. lol. The water looks very clean, is there fish in that lake, do people fish there? Do you fish there?

Hello @janton,

it IS that nice, and the photos are only snapshots, taken while I was walking around the lake :)

It is a lake in the middle of a forest, clean water guaranteed. In the summer there are many people there swimming, and of course you can see people fishing. I don't like fishing, because it is kind of boring to me, and I don't drink alcohol ;)

wow sir johannpiber! it is going to be more difficult for you to be a redneck if you don't fish or drink alcohol! lol.
Once you start drinking while fishing then you don't have to worry about being bored because you won't care anymore!

I have a few friends, who like fishing. The most important question they ask before they go fishing is: Do we have enough beer?
No, I could never be a redneck or alike, @janton, I am too boring normal ;)

lol! too late sir johannpiber, you already ARE a redneck! lol..but that's a very good thing indeed.Just because you don't fish or drink beer does not mean you aren't a redneck. However, it would be hard to find someone who drinks beer while fishing who are not rednecks. But every hardworking, middle class working man is a redneck in some ways. Like the motorcycle for instance, classic redneck transportation!

OK, @janton, but when I read the Redneck explanation on Wikipedia, then I don't think, that I'm a Redneck, although you say, it's a good thing, and although I wouldn't mind: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Redneck

But you might be right, when you say, that every hardworking... is a redneck in some ways - I like to ride my motorbike, and a few years ago I spent my afternoons lazy on the couch watching TV. I didn't care driving my car after drinking a few beers.

howdy again sir johannpiber! wikipedia doesn't know what their talking about, as in many cases. Make that many, many cases as I've found in my researching different historical topics. They miss it alot and many times are political motivated to the Left or socialist leaning definitions in the way they see and approve definitions.

In other words, regular people write definitions and information, many times very amateurish, and wikipedia accepts those as fact. with no verification.

In the case of the term redneck, the political left here started using it as an insult to conservatives to mean something which it doesn't mean. And wikipedia, about the only thing they got right is that it refers to people in the South. But I've found that there are rednecks in every country of the world(rednecks in character traits and behavior, not location) and I don't take it to mean just in the U.S.

I gotta stop here to go get my post ready to publish!

I knew, you would write something like this, when I mention the wikipedia article ;)

Rednecks, as described on this wikipedia article, are everywhere - name them Rednecks, I would call such a person "Prolet" (Yob).

Your definition of a Redneck is different from wikipedia. Are these YouTube videos all fake where they show Rednecks driving their trucks through the deep mud, and the drunk bikini girls having fun with those guys? lol

Seriously, @janton, I know, what you mean, but I think, that everybody has people in mind, which are discribed in this wikipedia article, when he or she thinks of a Redneck.

Redneck
Redneck is a derogatory term chiefly but not exclusively applied to white Americans perceived to be crass and unsophisticated, closely associated with rural whites of the Southern United States.

Thank you for this information, @wikitextbot :)

Thank you very much, @treeplanter :)

This is a very nice walk with constantly changing weather. This reminds me of Scottish weather! But nature is very beautiful, I love the deep colour of water! It looks mysterious.
It would be nice to be able to stay half a day in this forest: having a picnic and taking a nap!

Thank you @kaminchan :) ... yes, the walk around this lake is always very nice and relaxing. The water is very dark, I think because of the ground - the lake is in the middle of a forest.
When the weather is nice, there are crowds of people around, and I don't like it there then, but in the mornings, and when the weather is not as nice, the lake is quiet and calm ;)
