A day outside...
Time for our #wednesdaywalk which was started by @tattoodjay so that we would get out to enjoy our surroundings.
This is a spot that is actually only about 20 minutes from my house. The glaciers carved out the hills. From the top of the hill you have a great vantage point to see the river. It is just a very peaceful place to take a walk.
The hills are pretty steep. I was happy viewing from the top.
Maybe I will head back out there now that the leaves are changing color...or maybe some winter photos in a couple of months...

Such wonderful views I dont think I would want to try and go down or up those hills along the top would be good for me also

Living on on a sandbar, Long Island, NY, the bare rock is amazing to me. :-)
I love the hills and the bare rock....especially the view from the top.
