Weekend Recap
We had a good, but busy weekend.
On Saturday, we made a couple hour drive to San Diego for a lunch and program with a nonprofit we have worked with in the past. It was a nice time, and it was a family event, so the kids came and enjoyed themselves. Santa made an appearance as well!

We drove back and went to the local race track for a demolition derby-type of event night. They had a bunch of destructive events, and finished with a fireworks show. Santa made an appearance there as well, and Jacob was questioning how he got to the racetrack so fast! Haha, Santa said “on my sleigh of course”, and Jacob nodded like it made sense :) Good times!
Sunday was a bit more low key as we went to church and then hung out with family and had pizza for lunch. We came home for naps (my wife and I also dozed a little on the couch with football on in the background), and then we hit the grocery store as a family, which is always an adventure, but at least we have a fridge full of groceries now.

Overall, it was a great weekend but it is unfortunate they go so quick!!!

In advance greetings for Christmas. Really have a great weekend with your happy family. Jacob and Kendra both have a great moments and coming moments will be more enjoyable like Christmas and New Year Celebration.
What a great weekend. These kids grow up so fast. Seems like yesterday my girls were that little. Great job on family time.
It would be good if the weekend lasted a little longer so we would enjoy it as a family and rest more, but good to have those few days as a family.

Friend, how are you? I love your weekends as a family, my Sundays are very boring but I try to rest and be ready for a new week.
