If you have not already encountered the @welcomewagon , it is an inspired Steemian development concept started by @bluefinstudios and @dreemsteem . The discord is not open, you are invited and with their hand picked team of teachers they scour Steemit for accounts that show potential to become incredible content creators - invite them to join and then help guide them on various techniques to improve their posts.

Everyone knows how hard it is to get established on Steemit, and so many accounts get quickly tired of getting nowhere fast and leave before realising their true potential. This is why communities are formed to help nurture and grow accounts, communities like @thealliance, @helpie, @minnowbootcamp and the many others bring together Steemians to help them learn and grow together.

As an honourable member of @welcomewagon (I think they invited me into the discord to give everyone a caffeine kick) I have been able to enjoy the posts of their new recruits and graduates alike - and they are all incredibly impressive. I was so impressed in fact I wanted to give them an incentive - to create a post telling us what their goals on Steemit are and what they would do with a 100 Steem Power delegation from @c0ff33a . My aim was to learn more why people come to Steemit and create a blog - because we are all different, of course the opportunity to earn rewards for making a blog post is a big draw - but people have all sorts of reasons - they like to write, take photos, share experiences or get critical acclamation for their work. I have found for so many people, they just want feedback on what they post, the rewards are secondary - but getting people to comment on your posts is hard - and has nothing to do with quality of the content - getting work seen is the hardest struggle. And this is why community discords have become such an essential part of Steemit - because they bring Steemians together to share their work and enjoy it together.

For the @welcomewagon challenge we had excellent posts from all the members, it was announced with the 100 SP Delegation contest post and the post quickly arrived.

As you can see, every entry was more then deserving of an account boosting 100 SP delegation, but between myself @bluefinstudios and @dreemsteem we had to choose a winner. We had to spend a great deal of time dissecting posts, considering goals and genuine effort put into the entry post - and finally we came up with a Winner

You have been working hard to develop and grown your account on Steemit, and your post is a perfect example of the creative and fun style of posting that works so well while presenting unique content to you. The greatest challenge we face on Steemit is getting our posts seen, I have always believed the simplest and best value way of doing this is by commenting on the blog posts of others, the more you engage people and interact with them the greater the chance they will visit your own blog and return the favour.
