Belgium to beat Brazil tonight.

The game between these two teams tonight is undoubtedly the fixture of the round. Some will say France v Uruguay is a similar tie but i think it isn't because unlike Belgium V Brazil, the France v Uruguay game only has a potential future Ballon D'or winner on one side in Kylian Mbappe, and maybe Antoinne Griezmann and N'Golo Kante. Whereas the other game has Eden Hazard facing off with Neymar. Well, this is not the usual reason for matches being great or not but in this instant i believe it is. Which of the two between Neymar and Hazard will rise up, shine and take their team to the next round?
I believe it will be Eden Hazard for that matter, because he likes to stay on his feet longer to beat opponents , unlike Neymar who goes down theatrically at every touch from an opponent. It is no question that both need to up their game tonight, they have not really lit up the competition at this point but like Hazard said, Messi and Ronaldo are out of the World cup so it is time to shine, and what time is better than this game?
I very much believe that Hazard will rise up and Shine, eventually taking his team through to the semi-finals.!
