As reported that the meeting between the United States and North Korea has returned and that Kim Young Chol, North Korea's Vice Chairman is on his way to New York to meet with officials in preparation for the June 12 summit, the CIA leaked intelligence assessment concluding that "North Korea has no intention of surrendering nuclear weapons in the near future. " Leakage time is very surprising, because it seems this is an attempt to break down the negotiations between the two countries and come only a few days. after members of the ranks of the Democratic Party and the Republican stronghold denounced President Donald Trump for his attempts to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

The identity of the reporter who helped solve the story also raises serious questions about whether a faction within the CIA deliberately tries to undermine diplomatic efforts to ease tensions on the Korean Peninsula. According to NBC News, the report was leaked none other than NBC's national security reporter Ken Dilanian, known as "The COS's Mop-Up Man."

In 2014, The Intercept reports on Ken Dilanian's correspondence and relationship with the CIA while Dilanian is a reporter for the Los Angeles Times.

According to The Intercept, "The email exchange between CIA and Ken Dilanian public affairs officers, now an Associated Press intelligence reporter who previously covered the CIA for the Times, points out that Dilanian enjoys a close collaborative relationship with the agency, explicitly promising positive and occasional news coverage sending the press office throughout the draft of the story for review before publication. At least in one instance, the CIA's reaction seems to have caused significant changes in the story eventually published in the Times. "

According to the Huffington Post, while writing for the Los Angeles Times, Dilanian also reported the CIA claims as a fact by stating that "there is no assassination of collateral in 2012 drone attacks against al-Qaeda leader Abu Yahya al-Libi." The Dilanian article is directly debated in the Amnesty International report.

In the aftermath of the disclosure of Dilanian relations with the CIA, he was removed by the Los Angeles Times. The disclosure of this Dilanian collaboration with the CIA also led to his former employer, David Lauter of the Washington Tribune to believe Dilanian could violate the Tribune's news policy. Lauter acknowledged that the Tribune's policy states that journalists "do not share copies of stories outside of the editorial space." Lauter further states that he was "disappointed because the emails indicated that Ken might have broken the rules."

Dilanian does not shy away from articles written by former CIA officials who continue to perpetuate the "Trump-Russia" collage narration regardless of facts, such as Steven Hall's article in the Washington Post entitled: "I am at the CIA. We will not trust a country whose leader does what Trump does. "

Wikileaks also shows Dilanian agent relations and encouragement of the "Trump-Russia" collage narration, tweeting: "CIA's 'mop up man' Ken Dilanian is an NBC 'reporter' used to channel claims about president Putin + US elections."

In the aftermath of a recent revelation on the CIA's collaboration with foreign intelligence agencies to spy on Donald Trump's campaign during the 2016 US Presidential Election, new leaks continue to show a pattern of long-running insurgency in the US intelligence community. While CIA violations of ethical considerations of candidates' oversight of candidates for public office are serious, their intervention drags the agency's reputation into new ones (and in the case of the more dangerous Korean peace negotiations) amid their conflict with the seat of the President of the United States.

However, apart from these attacks, preparations between the two countries have continued for the June 12 meeting. President Trump announced earlier this day via Twitter that: "We have put together a great team together for our talks with North Korea. Meetings are currently underway on the summit, and more. Kim Young Chol, Vice Chairman of North Korea, headed to New York. Solid response to my mail, thank you! "

This is all I can share on this occasion, hopefully you can enjoy it.
