As a Man, he is a loving dad to his princesses, incredibly generous, extremely supportive, and one incredible voice actor. Don't believe me? Ask @carrieallen - he was the star of the show as the young server ;)
As a Steemian, he posts quality posts, engages fully with the community, and loves to appreciate his Steemit family with plenty of upvotes and amazing comments. (yeah!!! He actually COMMENTS after reading your posts!)
As a Witness, I cannot believe how he has time to lift this community on his shoulders. Humble? Oh yeah. You'll never know all that he does, because he likes to be behind the scenes. He's excellent at diffusing stressful situations and redirecting tension into harmony. He points to the good that others do, and doesn't feel the need to take the spotlight. Care to hear more? contests, comments, charity, care, concern, chivalry, comedy, and he gets down at caraoke. (yeah, karaoke... but I needed one more C)

Thanks for noticing and responding here. As you can see, @dreemsteem's opinion carries a lot of weight with me. ;)
However, as you've dropped in, please know that I definitely would like to get to know you a bit better. I truly do need to be more proactive in evaluating and monitoring the witnesses I support, and--truth be told--after voting, they mostly just "fade into the background."
I have had and continue to have a lot of concerns and issues with and questions about the Steemit blockchain and ecosystem, and in the almost two years I've been here, seem to have failed miserably in identifying and cultivating relationships with anyone who has either the answers I seek or any sort of influence in matters Steemit...
So, how's that for me turning up the heat right from the git-go? ;)
Seriously, I wish you well, and would welcome your insights into any of the issues and concerns that continue to plague me, as and when and if you have some time to have a peek at them.

I freaking love this post! I think your idea of recognizing witnesses is spot on—a lot of them go above and beyond, dedicating so much to build this platform and contribute to the evolution of the Steem blockchain.

Wow, what a lovely post and great way to honour and reward your special witness. I've only heard good thing about @enginewitty so am happy to give him my vote and this post. I don't know enough about all the best witnesses yet to put up my own suggestion but I'm afraid if I'd know them all better, there would be too many awesome people to choose from. So I'm happy to leave it at that for the moment. I've done my witness voting though but may adjust that occasionally as time goes on. And you're pretty awesome yourself, @dreemsteem xx
