Judging from my story title, you must be thinking about the bad version of a B°tch. But, no. Hahahha it's only an acronym.

These are the healthy version of a b°tch. Women need to learn from other women, congratulate other women on their performance and achievements. And we should be thinking, how can I be like her? What can I do to elevate myself. Instead of calling her a B°TCH.

We women have insecurities, we work very hard and everyone wants us to be PERFECT.
Your parents expect you to be PERFECT.
Your husband wants you to be PERFECT.
Your children wants you to be PERFECT.
Your boss wants you to be PERFECT.

It's exhausting.

But we tend to call other women a b°tch just because they did well than you? Calling other women a b°tch is just like calling yourself a b°tch as well. When you're looking at another women, you are looking at the mirror.

• Possess a healthy dose of ego
• Very confident
• Very passionate

If men had all these qualities in them... they will be viewed as a go-getter, a great CEO, a great Executive, someone you want in the team and someone dependable who will take care of the problem.

But, if women had all these qualities in them... they will be called a b°tch. Wow. How biased. Why are we doing this in our sisterhood?
We should be promoting a healthy bond between us women.

How do we make a change in this world? Do you want to make a change? Then start with you. Start promoting healthy sisterhood friendship where we compliment each other and congratulate on each other's performance and achievement, sincerely. Be happy for other women.

On December 2017, I have started to promote women empowerment in my community in Kota Kinabalu, in the city that I live in.

Our first gathering in promoting Women Empowerment

We managed to gather a group of superwoman and the event was a success. On that day, we talked about mastering the art of self-love. And we received overwhelming positive feedback from these superwomen.

From this gathering, we met women who have incredible and inspiring stories from their life experience. I must say, it really opened up my mind, broaden my perspective in life and make me appreciate what I have now.

Because we received so many support from the participants who took part in our little gathering, we continue to organise more gathering that discuss on mastering the art of self-love.

This time we opened the gathering to not only women, but we also welcomed men. Hehe.. Though only a few men participated

Our circle has gotten bigger from Day1. And we are not planning to stop.

I hope more women will promote women empowerment in their life. As we should really be cheering for our sisters.. and not bashing them.
