Definition: In bronze sculpture and printmaking,

it is the number of pieces/images made from a single mold/plate and authorized by the artist.

The making of replicas or copies of a sculptor's work. See Limited edition.

A set of identical prints, sometimes numbered and signed, pulled by, or under the supervision of the artist.
