I Have Started With My Daily Workout - This Is Serious!

The hardest part of anything is getting started...

But I've decided, I think the time is now to start to work on my body and live a little better and more healthier life.

Today was my first day and I need to say that it was very hard, since my last workout was like a year or so, I think my muscles are not in shape, my whole body hurts like hell after the first training today, but I feel proud and I think I will continue to improve my stamina, strength and endurance.

Day 1:

I know that the workout is not looking like a lot but trust me, if you haven't been active in this area your whole body is messed up.

What I did today was 5 push ups x 3 sets, 15 crunches x 3 sets, 10 squats x 3 sets. You can see the whole activity here:

This is called a 30 days workout challenge and I will give my best to stick with it and don't miss a day, after one month I think I will see some positive results, I will also post my progress on WhaleShares, to make it look like a workout dairy or something so it can be easier for me to get motivated and get it going, this will also help me with my yoga.

After summer motivation! I decided to do the muscle sets as well with you today, for cardio i did a 60 km bike ride ;))

60km? wooow I'm impressed!

(the secret is also a bit of battery support from the ebike for when the going gets tough :D)

hey how cool that you are doing this =). I'm sure you'll see results sooner than one month. Men are lucky in that sense you guys have it easier to build muscle than us women =). Good luck with this and maybe we can mutually motivate each other! Will check out your app!

Thanks, I am on Day 11 now, I feel better already, I see this as a challenge and I think I will go with it long term. Girls can have abs as well, depends on your diet and lifestyle, I am pretty sure if someone is devoted to workout he will get results no matter if he is a man or women. Hope you start your workout soon, you will feel great for sure :D

I'm on week 5 now =) My goal is precisely to get a six pack...I'm not there yet, but I can already see some nice results so I'm happy =)
