Hey,
I developed a good workout to the swimming pool, you can do this, if you just can't swim.

I am a father of 3 little boys and I can't leave them out of my sight, while we're in the swimming pool.
So I need to keep a look out, but get an exercise during this.

Water gives me such a great resistance that I really enjoy doing this.

This was my first time doing this, and I am really pleased with the results.
It was a surprise to me, how easy it was, but how hard my body feels after 36 hours.

This is how you do it.

Take a hold on the railing on the side of the pool.
Then swing your straight body from side to side against the water. That's it.

I did it perhaps 30 times, and I felt fatigue in my hands already in the middle.
Although I had done 100 x running in place with hands swaying from side to side in the water.
And 100 x hands up and down, in the water + knees up and down with Achilles heels pointing to the ceiling.

During these exercises I begin gasping for air and I'm really happy to see this happening.
For heaven's sake, I've been to this pool since our first born was 1 years old and he's turning 8 years old in 2 weeks.
