IT'S A TUESDAY APPETIZER TIME !!

Appetizers are like teasers to our stomach. Some comes in bit size that we can just take it and enjoy. While others are slightly heavier and eaten best during happy hours.

In this one occasion, I was served a unique appetizer which I have never tried before.

Deep fried paddy frog meat garnished with a herb plant

The meat doesn't taste like frog; more like a combination of fried fish & chicken. If I wasn't told that it's frog meat, I wouldn't even know!

Crispy and a bit salty in taste. They even provided us with sea salt mixed with lime juice as the condiment for dipping. Definitely a good combination when we're having Saigon beer! So, I'll vote that this is a good recommendation of appetizer.

If you're ever in a seafood restaurant, make sure you try this dish.
