Our entry for Sunday theme is a vegetable dish. This is mixed veggies meal stewed with coconut milk , very nutritious and yummy! This one is mostly requested by our papa. He loves it when mom makes it a bit spicy. This can also be perfectly paired with fried dishes , the one we got is a fish, the tilapia fish then of course, with rice . The natural flavors of the veggies plus that sweet milky brought by the coconut just really tasted perfect together plus! this dish is very easy to prepare and very affordable. Lezz go! and have some
