Our entry for Wednesday meat dishes is menudo . Menudo for other countries to know is one of the traditional filipino dishes. It's pork with liver ,potatoes , carrots , some have hotdogs all stewed in tomato sauce. This one we have for you is specially cooked by our papa's sister , aunt Daday , she cooked it still for the 22nd birthday of her sister our aunt. This food is one of papa's favorite. You'll love how tomato sauce really compliment on both the pork and liver every bite of it. Mixture of sweet, kinda salty(not very) , sour somehow , and some would like it spicy.
