I am so happy that the daily food contest is back. But I have to start taking 2 pictures now because for a while I only took 1 picture.

So for Sunday anything goes I am sharing something which we eat during breakfast - fried ibus with native tsokolate and cheese.

Sometimes we have some of the ibus which is sticky rice or glutinous rice mixed with coconut milk and some slat and wrapped in coconut leaves then boiled, left over we place them in the refrigerator. Next day we just fry them and they taste nice and crispy but soft in the middle. Just dip in the native tsokolate and eat, goes well with some cheese too.
