Grilled Fish and Shrimp
Hello Steemitverse!
It’s been a while since I posted an actual blog/arcticle aside from my daily contest (and sometimes, every other day contest 😅😅). Been with lots of personal stuffs these past few weeks.
This time I want to share my experimental grilled fish and shrimp for my daughter’s lunch. She is into fish and seafoods as her “seasonal” favorite. Haha!
The ingredients are very simple.
I have here 5 pieces medium shrimp, about a hundred grams and 250 grams of blue marlin fish, cut into cube bites. All freshly bought from the market.
Seasoned with salt, ground pepper, granualated garlic, ground coriander and my very own home dried chili flakes.
I did not measure these ingredients, I just put enough amount under estimation.
Added by estimated amount of Worcestershire sauce and olive oil.
Mixed all together and marinated for about half an hour.
Then, each piece was put into metal skewer. Cooked into low fire until tender. I don’t have the photo with this process. (I don’t want to get my phone messy. 😂)
And it’s done! Ready for yummylicious lunch or any meal of the day, perfect with hot rice. It tastes like a grilled fish and shrimp steak. 😋😋
