Today my entry is about Carbonara di Mare (Sea Carbonara).
All the readers know Carbonara like a dish with eggs, pepper, bacon and obviously pasta. Here there is not bacon but sea food: mussels are boiled before in the water and the eggs are added at the end without cooking, to keep them raw.
I understand that it is strange for foreign readers to know that Italians eat raw eggs, but Carbonara is one of the tastiest pasta dish!!!🍝
Sea food is something that I love. I like eating them with pasta.

Long time ago.my employer do.mot eat fish.so.much but now because I explained them the benefits between meat and fish to.our health,they already love to eat it everyday.

This soup is made with poor ingredients, bug sometimes these are tastier than expensive ones.
Ad you can see there are white beans, dry bread, olive oil, tomatoes.
This dish was cooked last dinner buongiorno my mum and I can tell you that it was great.
I ate it when it was still hot and it was very good for me, because outside it is starting to be cold in the evening.
I hope you like it!
