Wrinkles are lines, folds, or creases that appear on the face as a person starts aging. However, some wrinkles tend to appear on some peoples face before old age, which is caused by many factors that people tend to overlook.

Exposure To Sun

You're probably not surprised that ‘the sun' is the most significant factor that causes premature wrinkles. When you expose your face to excessive sunlight, The UVA and UVB from the sun penetrates deep into the skin and causes sunburn and premature wrinkles.
Bottom-line: try to avoid the sun as much as possible, and also try to stay out of tanning beds too.

Smoking

The second greatest causes of premature wrinkles apart from exposure to the sun is SMOKING. Not only does consistent smoking in a particular position between your lips causes fine lines, but the smoke from cigarettes is also a harmful toxin that causes wrinkles in the skin.
Bottom-line: although this is something you have probably heard a million types, it will still be repeated anyways. QUIT SMOKING!

Stress

Also, excessive stress destroys the elastin fibers and collagen in the skin, which in turn leads to premature wrinkles.
Bottom-line: when you go through excessive stress try to find ways to relieve from the stress, whether it's going for a walk, seeing a therapist, seeing a movie, or hanging out with family and friends.

Excessive Sugar

Not only does taking excessive sugar causes weight gain and some other health-related problems, but it also causes premature wrinkles too. When excessive sugar is present in the body, it weakens the elastic fiber and the collagen in the body. Which are both support systems that help to protect the skin from slacking, sagging, and wrinkles.
Bottom-line: Try curbing your sugar intake rate and see how you will enjoy wonderful health and beauty benefits.

Lack Of Sleep

The benefits of getting enough sleep should never be underestimated. Apart from the fact that getting a good sleep keeps you balanced both mentally and emotionally, it also helps to keep your face smooth and wrinkles free.
Bottom-line: try as much as possible to get that beauty sleep of 7-8 hours every night, and a little nap here and there during the day isn't a bad idea too.
