The DNC with Tom (I'm not going to put my thumb on the scales) Perez is at it again

And so it goes. The DNC is a "Non-Profit" private corporation and is not bound by federal rules, or so they seem to think. In order to achieve the "Non-Profit" status there are meny steps first of course being "Incoporating" and electing officers. Then there comes the "Articles of Incorporation" which, depending on the size of your organization, can be rathre lengthy or short.
For the DNC they are rather lengthy and Article V, Section 4 says: “In the conduct and management of the affairs and procedures of the Democratic National Committee, particularly as they apply to the preparation and conduct of the Presidential nomination process, the Chairperson shall exercise impartiality and evenhandedness as between the Presidential candidates and campaigns.”
So when they showede the preference of HRC they violated their own articles of incorporation. When they deverted funds obtained from the donations of citizens away from their candidate of choice, they committed FRAUD. Now, they are at it again. Perez wants Joe Biden on the ticket so he performed a small slight of hand with the process, "If the elected popular candidate is not democrat enough, I will appoint who I want". Not who is best for the Country, but who Perez wants at the helm running things for the bank.
