for those who don't understand; please see below the system.
- First go to steemauto.
- Login through steemconnect with your steemit username and posting key.
- Give your authorization through steemconnect with your steemit username and active key.
- Set your Limit on voting power as 85% from the dashboard like below.
- Now go to the curation trail option and follow successteambd like below.
- When you find the account; hit the follow button like below.
- Go to settings from there and change voting weight as we want in the below chart (Voting Scale).

If you have more than 2000 Active Steem Power; then make sure that peoples are getting around 0.005$ from your upvote.
