A little word of wisdom

the world of work is made of people.

it is hard thing to define what is good what is bad and what mean these notions

work as life can be with its load of complexity and problems

sometimes you meet people acting such as walls who seems to not want to value who you are and what you can do, because they it seems only see in you what they know and the limits they have themselves. some others are enablers and care about the path which lead us to them.
