A day at Bambuddha, and a sweat lodge.

OMG y'all..... I spent the day at @bambuddha.acapulco yesterday after doing yoga in Acapulco with Vistara, the amazing Yogi Angel who owns this retreat center ((and vacation rental - you can stay a weekend or a month!)). Then, as the sun set I participated in a Temezcal (sweat lodge) with some very special people. This was radically different from the Temezcals I participated in while visiting Peru... It was equally enchanting, and completely transformational. I feel like a new person today. I definitely want to attend these regularly while here in Mexico 💕🙏🧘
