After Some Intense Yoga Drilling By @nigerian-yogagal

For some time now I've been having some pains on my legs after I traveled through a rough road for a trip that took about 9hours of involuntary body earthquake. 😂

Due to the pains, I had to practice recovery yoga to ease the pain. I and @nigerian-yogagal took the shot after the practice this morning.
