Day 7: almost a week

Keep on going through the journey. It's getting easier to do the daily meditation and everything is getting smooth. I have physically feel that my shoulder plates muscles ( probably below shoulder plates) were a bit irritated with a slight pain. Currently I'm waiting to see if that has to do with the meditation pose, the back itself getting fixed and properly placed or something else. Low back pain is decreasing and meditation/focus seems to be improving. O would like to start the 38 days twice a day meditation journey and see faster results and benefits.

Other than that today has been a great day and a day to be grateful for.

I often confuse soreness with my body just being a bit uncomfortable as it adapts to good posture and muscle development. Sometimes it's tricky to tell. Just gotta learn to listen to your body, which it sounds like you're doing!

You are absolutely right sometimes we are too used to bad posture that the correct one hurts. Thanks for checking this out.
