Another House Flip is Done and Listed
I bought this house for $150,000 back in June. It was for sale on the MLS for $199,000 and they came way down in price. We spent about $55,000 on the rehab, and another $20,000 in other costs. The house is listed for $267,900. This house has some of the most beautiful hardwood floors I have ever seen. You can see them in the video below.

Love hardwoods where designs are created with different color hardwoods. My favorite house was one made by a peruvian builder and built it for himself.
