Video of a Finished House Flip we are Listing for $429,900
We just finished and listed another house flip this week. This house I bought for $312,000, spent about $30,000 on the repairs, $25,000 on other costs, and listed for $429,900.
We replaced the flooring, paint, light fixtures, counters and appliances. It was not a crazy rehab, but this was a big house. You can see the before video below:

Smart move on that bathroom. Was in good enough shape wouldn't of gotten enough value out of redoing.

I am curious, in the US do you pay 50% capital gains tax on flips if you own the property < 1 year?
No short term cap gains is the same as ordinary income tax. It changes based on your tax rate. It is also lower if you have a corporation
