All About the Juices part 3
The drink selection was refreshing and sometimes sticking to healthy fruit and vegetable consumption can be a little difficult, juicing is a great way to get the same benefits as to consuming the fruit whole. Sometimes a mixture of fruits and vegetables in a drink can be just as beneficial, tasty, refreshing and nutritious. Much of the vitamins and minerals are preserved in juices but it can’t be a total replacement for fruit consumption so I tend to use my breakfast period as time to eat some wonderful fruit.
