Hello Everybody!

The time you have all been waiting for has arrived! Week 33 of #zencolouringcontest ended yesterday, and now to announce the winners!

So without further ado, let's get on with the show(case)!

This entry was a common favourite among the voters in the Gallery of Entries post and Discord Sevrer.

In 3rd place:

I picked this one because I love how they separated the design into 2 individual glass triangles that are overlapping. Making one triangle blue and one red is very clever, as paired with the overlapping the two colours create the featured colour, purple. The white streaks and the translucency of the sections between the solid colours work really well to illustrate glass!

In 2nd place:

I chose this one because I love the pattern created by the rainbow of colour in the solid sections. The ripples of rainbow gradients in the frames of the triangles contrast the solid sections nicely despite being the same colours. The colour palette of rainbow itself fits very well with the theme of triangle as a prism can refract white light into a rainbow!

And in 1st place:

I picked this one as the winner because of the beautiful pattern of colours in each of the four corners of the design, the shade of solid colours match the textures represented in the adjacent section very well. The inspiration and use of the 4 elements is very clever and eye catching. The use of purple for the frames of the triangles help divide the segments making them more striking. The details in the background were a nice touch too!

You have a terrific memory friend, I was hoping you would recognize it. HA HA , It does look like a badge! I’ve colored this specific stencil several times, with different colors and sayings, actually fairly soon after I joined Steemit. I saw one person do it here on Steemit, giving it to someone else, and it really impressed me. Later on that same person gave one to me, and I was so tickled. So I adopted it for myself, and people seem to like it, so l make them all the time. I think of them like a card or present, with love wrapped around it❣️Thank you blessings

Oh wow, it's great to hear you have coloured that one in several times. I didn't think the stencils would get used once the weeks passed by, it's so nice to hear how much enjoyment it's brought you and others beyond the contest!
