The truth about Maracaibo's zoo.

Hello there stemians! I want to start my new blog by speaking of something that happened at the Maracaibo Zoo. It's not a secret Venezuela it's passing through a hard time, and its not a secret people and animals are having a hard time finding food or money to buy expensive food. With that said, the Zoo is also passing through a rough time, yes they have less food for animals, so they have to feed (the right porcions) to them. The pics of the lion are not false, the animal is thin, but it is not because of not having food for him. They are giving him the % of food that he needs to maintain (his fisiology), that animal is not a young one, he is old, that's why his contexture is thin even thought they feed him well, animals are like humans, when you get old, you loss muscle, your digestive system slows down and you can't process food the right way. With that said, the animal is healthy, he is one of the first animals that opened the zoo (a long time ago, if I remember correctly 67 years), along with the rhino and the elefant, so don't believe all the things said on the internet. I'm speaking for the truth. Further more, the public should focus on the other animals that are on that zoo, like the Birds, the monkeys, the dantas! That are in perfect shape because they are young animals!
