Bathroom Roof Beam Casting is Done Slowly

Tonight, I want to show you the achievement of casting the bathroom roof beams done slowly, because previously I had 4 sacks of cement remaining, and this work continues to be carried out slowly, because considering the remaining unused cement, it doesn't harden when stored, so , I came to the conclusion, to do the next casting, on the bathroom roof beam.

This implementation was carried out from the left side first, because I lacked wooden boards, so, to be more economical, I used used boards. leftovers from making previous blocks.

The casting of roof beams that I mean is as shown in the picture below:

So, in the section below, the implementation will follow from the numbers I have given in the picture, if section number one has been completed, then work will continue with section number two.

in the picture below, because the single beam pillar has not been completed, in the future additional planks will be made, which are rectangular in shape, so that we can continue with the construction of the upper single beam, in part number two.

In part number one, you also need a strong bond between the iron and steel beams attached to the roof beam.

and below is an example of dismantling the remaining boards used from casting, so that costs are a little more economical, so, as can be seen, I will use these used boards again, to support the casting of the upper beam, in the main part of the shop building.

Below, I would like to say that the sand material has run out, and I am forced to use the remaining sand left over from the initial construction 1.5 years ago, even though the quality has decreased because it has been mixed with soil and wild plants. However, I still use it to mix cement and sand. Hopefully this sand can be used to continue casting the upper beam.

That's what I can say, even though the materials as of today have completely run out, so, while saving the proceeds from the payment in my future posts, I will buy some additional materials, which are no longer available.
