Hash Rate has tripled while Market Cap is the same

This is interesting...

Is bitcoin undervalued now or was it overvalued before?

Right now the market cap is roughly where it was back in 2021, but the hashrate is 3x higher...

Given this backdrop some are saying we have room of 3x-4x from here.

That would point to a price around $200k.
