SEC17/W5|Do you believe in reincarnation?

in Incredible India14 days ago

Hello wonderful people of lovely community. Hope you all are doing well and enjoying this season of engagement challange. Today I am writing a task set by community of my native nation which is about incarceration. It is intersting to see that our Incredible India community is open to discuss different themes and is receptive enough to hear us all. Let's go:

Do you believe there is a reincarnation? Justify your belief

"As a Muslim, I do not believe in the concept of reincarnation; however, I respect the ideology of those who believe in it. My justifications are clearly based on my religious teachings and may or may not align with your ideology. No one should perceive my justifications as disheartening. Here are the justifications for my belief:

  • The concept of reincarnation is nowhere mentioned in the Quran and Hadith. Instead, Islam believes in the afterlife and resurrection on the Day of Judgment.

  • Islam believes that every soul is unique and meant to reside in one body. The soul is not a degradable entity; however, the body is. It is the soul of humans which has to answer for their good or bad deeds on the Day of Judgment, and therefore reincarnation violates that principle.

  • Islam believes in worldly life and the hereafter as the entire journey of a soul. Reincarnation refers to the rebirth of the soul in a different body, creating a cycle of births and deaths which is not aligned with Islam.

  • Islam is a monotheistic religion, whereas reincarnation is a concept of polytheistic religions. Therefore, it does not align with my beliefs.

Do you believe we get back our relationships through reincarnation? Describe.

As a follower of Islam, I do not believe in reincarnation, and therefore getting relationships back through it is not my belief. Islam believes in life after death and reuniting with loved ones in heaven for those who have done righteous deeds and qualify for heaven.

Earthly relationships are temporary and finite. Islam focuses on maintaining good familial and social relationships, but that doesn't mean these relationships would be regained through reincarnation. People would be more concerned about their personal deeds on the Day of Judgment. It is said that on the Day of Judgment, no one would be concerned about any other soul except the pious prophet of Islam, who would seek forgiveness for his followers.

Do you like to be born just like what you are in this life; Or would you wish to adopt any other person's life if there is a reincarnation? Explain the reasons behind your choice.

As my life is confirmed, I am satisfied with myself, and therefore, I wouldn't want to be reincarnated as someone else. I have great respect for every human being and their achievements, but at the same time, I am thankful to Almighty for myself and my creativity as well. Therefore, I have no desire to be born as anyone else for any reason whatsoever.

Thanks

Yo también soy musulmán y no creo en la reencarnación como tú. Aún así aprendí mucho de ti. Muchas gracias por describir una publicación tan agradable.

Nice to hear that .

When it comes to reincarnation, it is really an interesting topic that we should discuss about. I think it actually varies based on the religion one actually believe in because there are some who does not believe in it

Some believe and some may not but we should respect both ideologies.

Thanks

While protecting your faith the way you tried to understand other religions and cultures is a virtue of higher person . I just respect you and your religion. I just have one question. What happens after the resurrection. I mean after judgments what will happen to person. Does he lives in Heaven or comes down to earth. Or merges to god forever. What can be its next stage after the punishmen is served. Does the human being get reincarnate or the soul of the human being ends forever or it merges with God.

For believers in Almighty, ultimate destination is heaven and no return to earth or merger to God.

For non-belivers , hell fire is the ultimate destination and no return to earth or merger to God.

Thank you.
