Beauty they say is in the eyes of the beholder, but there are things you can do to make you beautiful in every eyes that beholds you.

Nature indeed is great and has the answers to almost all the questions as long as beauty is concerned.
A lot of anti-aging drugs were made from natural herb found around us.

One of the herb doing wonders as far as our skin is concerned is turmeric.
Tumeric aside being a wonderful spice is also a miracle worker in the beauty world.

why tumeric is important in the beauty world

Tumeric is called a beauty spice for the following reason.

• Tumeric has an antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory ingredients such as circumin which helps to treat acne and prevent the emergence of new breakouts.

• It helps to moisturize the skin thereby reducing dryness and promotes a healthy skin.

• You can clear dark cycles and patches with tumeric.

• It helps to drastically reduce fast aging by helping your skin produce enough collagen to that effect.

• It helps to even tone your skin in a healthy way.

• It can also exfoliate you skin thereby removing dead cells.

Tumeric face mask with lemon juice

The ingredients we would be needing are

• Tumeric
• Lemon
• Gram flour
• Water

method of preparation
Half teaspoon of tumeric powder or freshly grated, half teaspoon of lemon juices and two teaspoons of gram flour. Mix with a little water to form a paste, apply on your face and allow it sit for 15 minutes nothing more to avoid irritation for some person due to the lemon juice.
Do this two to three times for the best result.
Tumeric face mask with aloe Vera

Active ingredients

• Tumeric juices
• Aloe vera gel

Method Of Preparation

Blend your fresh tumeric and extract the juice take one tablespoon and add your aloe vera gel one tablespoon. Mix untill you get and even blend. Apply to your face and allow to sit for 15 to 30 minutes. You can try this two to three times a week for the best result.
