А хороший, позитивний, настрій значно посилює нашу стійкість. В тому числі психологічне та фізичне здоров'я. І тенденція не втішна. Тому із цим потрібно щось робити.

Мовою науки, для невіруючих у можливості людини понад написаного в якихось обмежуючих текстах, можна згадати про воду. Властивості води свого часу досліджував Масару Емото. Ним також освітлювалось питання здатності людини впливати словами на властивості води. Людина складається із цієї рідини на понад 60%. Використати фразу "Я люблю тебе" або "Я люблю вас", мінімум десять разів у повсякденному житті. Направити можна на що й кого хочеться й не хочеться. Це можуть бути люди, тварини, предмети, їжа і все що прийде на думку. Наприклад, першій зустрічній людині промовити подумки "Я люблю тебе", в діалозі суперечки у соц. мережах, своїй їжі, близьким, велосипеду і навіть собі. Де це більш комфортно й допустимо для вас, то краще робити це вголос.
Дев'ять із десяти мінімальних разів використання фрази "Я люблю тебе" покладаються на ваше сумління, але один раз вона має бути використана у коментарях дописів інших користувачів спільноти. Тобто коментар має починатись із "Я люблю тебе"(вас), а далі інший текст. Коментар не потрібно розміщувати під цим конкурсним дописом, а також без іншого тексту. Це має бути ключова фраза та ваша власна думка у коментарі.

Where it is more comfortable and acceptable for you, it is better to do it out loud.
Nine out of ten minimum times you can use the phrase "I love you" are up to your conscience, but once it should be used in comments on other community members' posts. That is, the comment should start with "I love you" and then the rest of the text. The comment does not need to be posted under this contest post, nor without any other text. It should be a key phrase and your own opinion in the comment.
