Happy birthday my princess Ahya (7 May 2024)
My body felt fresher and I was ready to take Ahya to school. At 7.15 we left with happy faces. When she arrived at school, Ahya asked if it was possible that tonight she would be taken on shopping at Panton because it was her birthday and she wanted to buy something. I happily said yes and would buy her something she liked for her birthday.
I headed to the coffee shop because it had been a long time since I had coffee and met up with friends. Moreover, there are new steemians who ask for help to be shown how to improve in making posts. I sat for a moment while enjoying coffee. Discussions about how to grow an account on Steemit and develop connections well on Steemit. For almost an hour we sat and talked basic things about writing on the Steemit blog before we separated for our activities.
Upon arrival at home, immediately prepare herbal tea and enjoy it while having breakfast. I really feel that the effect of this herbal tea is very good for my health. The main benefit is overcoming difficulty sleeping and when I wake up my body will be fresher and eager to do my activities. This week I reduced coffee to the lowest level, just 1 cup a day. It is good for a little while to refresh my blood and kidney work.
I played with Fatiya and read a book for her about the Penguin and finally, I found the movie about the penguin for her to watch. We watch the Penguin of Madagascar and enjoy our quality time while learning a new thing about penguins. She asked many questions and we discussed having one for pet LoL, but yeah that is a kid's imagination. Her idea is to put the penguin in the refrigerator. She went to find my queen and asked permission to have a penguin and put it in the fridge. Her mom just smiled and asked her where to find the penguin, Fatiya answered that she would go to the North Pole with me to get one. Before it goes too wild, then I explain that it is better to have a penguin doll before getting a real one.
The discussion about penguins did not end up there, but she continued to discuss it with her sister when we went to pick up Ahya at the school. Ahya laughed loud hearing about the penguin Fatiya told her.
At lunchtime, Fatiya, her sister, and her cousins had lunch together because today my wife made onion chicken soup for them. In our home, those kids are free to eat and enjoy their time before they have their next class in the afternoon. My queen designed it this way because those kids need to be stimulated in their appetite otherwise they will not get lunch.
I took my lunch to feed Fatiya and cleaned up the kitchen before taking Fatiya to get a shower and brought her to the room for a nap. I fell asleep till my queen woke me up to buy things in the market. This evening we will go to visit our oldest daughter Aurora in her boarding school, as usual she would love to have something homemade.
Getting ready, I checked the wall clock and it had been 15:00, and it was too hot outside. I went to the local market alone and bought things up. This morning I cashed out 100 steem, it is enough for 3 days for our family. But today it is a bit special and I spared 25 steem for Ahya because I promised her to buy the thing she likes most for her birthday.
Back home, Fatiya has not yet woke up and it is time to prepare the veggies for our Aurora in the boarding school, some chicken soup and grilled fish she likes.
My phone rang,.. my friend called me to ask if he could meet me in the evening to discuss the project that he will implement and I said "yes".
At around 17:00 we went to see Aurora at her boarding school and let her spend some quality time with her mom. I left them there for a while and I contacted my friend to meet at the closest coffee shop. It surprised him because I did not order coffee but a glass of warm water only.
Our 30-minute discussion needed to be ended and I came back to pick up my queen and went home before dark. If it is about what I do for a living, most of my friends do not have any idea. It is because most of my working time was not in Aceh, but some of my close friends understood what I was capable of.
At home, Ahya was a little excited because after maghrib praying we would go to a small mini market in town to find her wish. Her mom asked her what she would like to find but the answer was from Fatiya, "a penguin" and then they laughed about it over again.
We went to Indomaret to find things Ahya wanted and as it was predicted, it took time to wander around the small shelf to look for that "thing". It turned out to be something I did not know before, but it seems she already knew it from her friend in her school about it in advance, that is why she knew it sells at Indomaret.

I offered her bread, perhaps she liked some, but she preferred what her mom had promised her to make tomorrow for celebrating her birthday with her friends. I paid the bill and went home, Fatiya complained because there was no one knew where to find penguins, and still dreamed of having one for herself.
