Hi, all fellow Steemians,

Good Evening,

This is my third weekly report as a Steem Representative, and feeling nice that I got selected for the Newcomers' Team as Curator. Now I can concentrate more compared to what I have been doing until now. I must say, that's going to be an altogether different experience from what I was having until now. Thanks, Steem Team, for giving me this unique opportunity.

As I mentioned in my first and second reports, my sole aim is to help the newbies and the ones not getting the needed support that will keep them interested in this website. Now I will do that better and more effectively. From now I have decided to write two of my regular posts, keeping two talented newbies as beneficiaries.

I engaged with a couple of newbies for instance I am posting a link of a post from a newbie that needed a few corrections.

As usual, I am visiting them regularly, upvoting the worthy ones also I did one post last week in my home community, keeping @srihandayani as a beneficiary in one of my weekly posts in my home community, the Dream Steem.

As you might be aware, I have a campaign running.

A New Initiative to Help Newbies

A New Initiative to help newbies

Under this program this week, I selected a newbie, @srihandayani, and did one of my regular posts, adding her as one of the beneficiaries at 10%.

I am really happy that the one whom I selected last week, @blessedbee is already doing great. I am keeping track of all my selected newbies.

I found and left my comment on her latest post :

I am sure users like these will go to places only if they get support from senior members.

But it doesn't mean that while scouting for newbies, I slack behind. I am doing my regular posts as before, but I keep one of them for the newbies every week, along with @burnsteem25 or my home community Dream Steem, As you all know, we are helping other needy people through our community, Dream Steem, in various ways. Incidentally, I will raise my delegation further to make it more effective.

As a moderator of Travel Steem, I am doing my regular duty, and as mentioned last week, I have allocated 1000 SP to support the users in this comparatively new community. I have plans to spend more time from June onward as a moderator of Traveling Steem.

Once again, as I have been appointed as a Community Curator for the Newcomers' Community, I will be trying my best to support the right candidates without looking at their country, community, or even club for that matter, as long as they fall within my support range and follow the rules. As I said, I will support all good posts, even if I have to go a little out of the way without compromising with the support's rules or terms.

As a Steem Curator, I am doing my duty regularly and have even two worthy supporters who had no club status but were spending their Steem to support other users. I was even warned about the same by one member, but I tried to make my point clear about why I supported those two members.

Here, I present my regular activities for the week through this screenshot.

My CSI is normally in the range of 18–22, which shows that I support all who are worthy of my support.

These are my regular posts.

I was too busy this last fortnight on my offline project, so I could not start any contests last week, but I am keen to begin them as soon as I submit my final report in the third week of the current month and spend a lot more time on Steemit.

As I said, we in the Dream Steem Community support all Steemians through various methods, so we set the community as a beneficiary in all our posts, along with Burnsteem, which helps different causes, including the cause of newbies. We do not ask anyone to upvote us or keep us as beneficiaries, but we support all equally.

Thanks again to my cofounder, @weisser-rabe, as she never pressured me to be more active in this community and is always ready to support me and other Steemians in need.

Last week, I participated in different challenge contests. As usual, I did not perform satisfactorily because, as per the rules, I could not engage myself in the commenting process due to my busy online and offline schedule, although I tried my best to engage in interaction with meaningful posts and serious comments on my posts as much as I could.

Finally, I am trying my best to visit various posts by newbies and other Steemians to understand and make my further strategy, and from now on I will concentrate more on newbies' posts. I powered up once (250 SP) this week, and am ready to go for a big one shortly.

There is no need to remind my fellow Steemians that, as a Steem Representative, Curator, or user, I always think beyond any specific country or community and need support from everyone on the platform on an equal basis.

That's all for this week!

Thank you all,
Yours Sincerely

Upvoted. Thank You for sending some of your rewards to @null. It will make Steem stronger.

I am confident that your service as a curator for the Newcomers' Community will work as impartial. Good luck with your new appointment.

Thank you so much for the support

Keep up the good job! I can see you going to places and if you follow all the rules and take part in more contests the chances are you will grow faster than most. My best wishes!
