TEAM 4: Curation Guidelines for May 2024

A warm welcome from Team 4!

Dear fellow Steemians,

We are back! This time we have two new members who will be assisting us to fit all the pieces of the puzzle to make the most of what is expected of us so that we can get the best results.

What is also exciting is that the month of May has 31 days! Yes, we are going to be with you one extra day.

For this month, there is no change in our intention. We will still be on the lookout to support our fellow Steemians by curating quality posts and comments while working together as a team.

We believe that the new Team 4 will keep improving the Steemit platform in a way that will benefit both the platform and the individual Steemit users.

🧩 Diversity

The team's diverse origins and cultures, which originate from four different nations, will be an added advantage in helping us complete the duties at hand and solve any issues that may arise. Wherever we can, we will use our variety to our advantage and offer value.

WORKING TOGETHER

Each team member will have a 24-hour time window to curate in a cycle of four days.

Team 4’s goal is to upvote between 40 and 50% of the voting power by selecting 23–25 posts per day. This will allow a maximum number of posts to be curated within a period.

OUR OBJECTIVE

Working together as a team, it is our objective to:

• To search for those quality posts and good comments anywhere on the platform
• To maintain the high standards that are expected of curators
• To encourage and lend support to the users of the platform
• To be fair to all Steemians at all times!

TEAM 4’s GUIDELINES

The following guidelines will be followed:.

• The user must follow club initiatives ( #Club5050 #Club75 and #Club100).
• The user must have above 5% of voting CSI and not be above 5% self-votes.
• Posts must consist of at least 300 words and should be properly presented. (Include captions for photographs, justify alignment, etc.)
• The content must be plagiarism- and AI-free.
• The users must not use Bid-Bots or any vote purchasing services.

Although Team 4 will be strict in following the above guidelines, we may be flexible as permitted by the Steemit team.
