Weekly Report As Steem Representative, From 18th-24th April, 2024.

Greetings everyone!
This is my second report after being appointed as a Steem Representative. I am very grateful to the Steemit team for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to serve for the betterment of this platform and all users. My second week from 18th April to 24th April, 2024 in this platform all my performances are presented below in detail.

My Activities as Community Curator

I'm working as a community curator this month and I curated with @steemcurator07 for two days between the 18th and the 24th. Details of my curation day are given below:

My Activities At Steem4Professionals as Admin

• Our community is currently maintaining good activity. As a Community Admin I am trying my best to grow the community and support and help all users of the platform.

• I curate users from the official account of Steem4Professionals every day and do reviewing only once a week. New users post a lot in our community, giving them guidance and support.

• I have organized weekly contest Weekly Contest-7, Professional Activities Diary Game. from the community account.

• This week a new contest - Online Job V/S Offline Job (Which is better?), is organized on Steem4Professionals and we are getting good entries.

Lending a Helping Hand

I have helped many users in the past week by guiding them in various directions. I have explored the issues of user posts in various communities. Also, as a Steem Representative, I have closely monitored the many community posts. Below are the issues I've observed users this week :

I have visited various communities and provided advice and solutions to users. Also this week it came to my attention that a user posted his old post a second time. I guide the user there properly and repeat posting is against Steemit rules. Post Link

Also I have seen many users who start sharing content or blogging in various communities only after completing Achievement 1. They keep making problematic posts due to lack of proper guide lines. They don't have a proper idea about power up. All these mistakes are mostly made by newcomers. So as soon as I see any such problem I give them proper idea about steemit rules and give all the guidelines that a new user should follow to work on steemit.

Also I advise my new Bangladeshi users in their own language for understanding. So that they can easily understand. And invite them to contact me with any problem so that they can feel free to tell me any problem or question they have. Post Link

• Some users are apathetic about power ups and get dropped from the club by not powering up regularly. I am informed of the need to power up and maintain club status.

• There are many users who misspell the tags of posts. I advised them to use proper tags and proper spelling.

• I recommend users refrain from self-voting their own posts.

• I suggested to use Voting Power and guided users on how to maintain voting CSI with it.

I also serve as moderator of three communities. As a moderator, I monitor every user closely. I am very careful about checking every post for plagiarism, AI and repeated posts. I am most attentive to new users in particular. Also interested in helping and neutrally supporting all users of the platform.
