Contest || My Favorite Successful Women on the Steemit Platform.

Good day my beautiful women, am so delighted to share my post here and also be a part of this contest. I want to personally thank @shiftitamanna for organizing this amazing contest.
Indeed it is good to give honor to whom honor is due. I know every lady mentioned so far, is Worth celebrating and has contributed immensely to the community and the steemit platform at large. I celebrate every one of them.

I would like to add to the list by introducing a hero and my mentor @ ruthjoe.

Briefly describe your favorite successful woman on Steemit platform?

My favorite successful woman is @ruthjoe. Ruthjoe is from Nigeria. She is a lovely steemian that has been active on steemit since 2021.

She is an amazing moderator in two beautiful communities. @steem4nigeria and @steemforladies. She has also had the opportunity of working as a community curator in time past.

Why is that woman your favorite and what would be your reasoning behind her success on the Steemit platform?

She is my favorite successful woman for the following reason.

• She is smart. Going through her post, you would see a woman with so much intelligences. She is knowledgeable about a lot of things. During the crypto academy season, she was one of the best students.

• She is focused. We both joined steemit almost at the same time, while I was distracted with a lot of things, she kept pushing and has achieved so much for her self.

• She is a good support system to a lot of steemians(including me). She is always there to help and encourage you selflessly. I still how she kept encouraging me to come back, and even offered to put me through again, so that I would be able to make quality posts.

• She is a strong promoter of the platform. She encourage people to come and be a part. She tells them how the can learn and earn through this medium.

• She is friendly, she is always cheerful when commenting on people's post.

The reason for her success

• She is successful because she is intentional about her growth in this platform.

• Her Consistency is second to none. She is very busy with a lot of things, yet she makes out time to make quality posts.

• She is intelligent, she always write quality post.

• She loves to write.

Does her great contribution to the platform motivate you?

Her contributions and success motivates me a lot. My biggest challenge has always been time, not until I found out how busy she is and still makes post.
She challenges me and shows me how inexcusable I am. She would always say, no matter how busy I am, I should just make a post.
Not necessarily everyday.
Another thing that motivates me, is her love for her follow steemians, she always shares what works for her and encouraging everybody to climb up into the ladder of success.
