What is your understanding of “personality”?

Personality can be a lot of things and at the same time none of it. Personality goes beyond how you talk, , walk or look like.
It's the totality of you.

This is what people experience when ever they come in contact with you. You personality is the experience you live with people when ever they come in contact with you .

This has to do with the way you, talk, think and feel. Human are often described by their personalities.

Personality can be in born or acquired. Circumstances most times pushes us to aquire some distinct personalities in other to survive.

A person who has be betrayed several times by friends, can all of a sudden become cold towards people's and after a while that becomes his or her personality so also a person can be warm towards people because he or she wants to build a strong customer relationship for his or her business.
A person's personality can be described as kind, warm, cold, sociable. Etc.

What should be the personality of a women?
As a woman, we are made up certain emotions for our safety and also for the responsibility given to by God and nature.
As a woman you most have certain characteristics to function effectively.

• A woman should be warm and accommodating. You can not be mean and heartless always as a woman. You are the social bond of your house. Your husband and kids should be same with and around you at all times.

• A woman should be flexible; knowing when to be this and that is flexibility. As a woman you are everything to your husband and kids. You are a counselor, a teacher, a mother, a wife, a financial advisor and many more. You should know when and how to play that role effectively.

• A woman should be confident: if as a woman you are not confident in yourself, it would speak volumes of weakness. It would show in everything you do or say. It would give you a low self esteem and you are more likely to raise kids with no confidence.

• A woman should be optimistic, so she would be able to see solution and not just the problem. You would be an encouragement and an encourager to those around you.

How can you increase the value of your own personality as a woman?

• Learn from everything that happens to you and around you.

• Don't shy away from responsibility given to you be life and opportunities.

• Surround yourself with strong woman with the king of personality you want.

• Be humble, acknowledge your short comings and be intentional about fixing yourself.

• Don't be too hard on yourself just keep making progress daily and one day you would be where you want to be.

Is there a woman in your life who has an attractive personality that inspires you?

Yes, there is a woman in my life who has an attractive personality, that really inspired and challenge me to be a better person.
Mrs Veronica Chioma Nwabugwu, is my mother.

She is not just strong but wise. I grew learning how to accommodate people due to the way I saw her accommodating attributes.

She loved and cared for strangers like her own. We lived very close to a popular university in Lagos, and we had neighbors that were students. My mom would personally fed them and looked out for them like her kids

She is a peaceful woman. No body can come out to say, they ever had an issue with my mother. We stayed in a particular street for over 20 years and the testimony about her has always be the same. I learnt conflict resolution skills from her.

She would always tell to say less and listen more. She would say when you talk to much you err but when you listen you learn.

She is an hardworking woman. My mom does not support laziness of any kind. She believes God has given you something that can sustain you, So use it and better humanity and the same time make yourself better.

My mom believes that everything you find yourself doing is a gift on its own. If you sell stuff, she calls that gift because not everyone has that opportunity to interact with people and also exchange goods.

There is so much to say about her and how inspiring as her personality is to me. I must say, she taught me almost all I know that has contributed in making me a good wife and mother to my kids.
