A delicious Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe

Hi, All steemit member. I am going to share my today experience. I am a professional Chep De Partie. After a long period, I got some free time and decided to prepare some delicious for my family members. As all of you are aware tomorrow is International Family Day and luckily today all of my family members are at home. That is why I decided to make a delicious Crispy Fried Chicken recipe.
I bought two chickens from the market, cut them into pieces, and washed them thoroughly. Then I applied the paste of Garlic, Ginger, yogurt, and locally made(masala). After applying the paste, I place the chicken piece for an hour in the refrigerator. After an hour the paste was fully absorbed into the meat pieces.
Then I take some oil in a saucepan and hot it. The chickens were fried in it for 30 minutes. As the recipe becomes ready it is served with salad and bread. The whole family liked and enjoyed the recipe.
