I survive out of pure anxiety

Describe what situations can cause you anxiety.

Human life is a mixture of both pleasure and pain, when pleasure comes we are happy and smiling and when pain comes we worry that makes us anxiety. Humans have many reasons to worry, some are built in and some come automatically, for example, unavoidable accidents, deaths in loved ones, illness, failure, money fraud, money loss, etc. I once suffered from depression and got through it without any medication.

Anxiety and its symptoms differ between the body and the mind. Physical symptoms include restlessness and persistent anxiety, irregular heartbeat, sweating, lightheadedness and, in extreme cases, panic attacks. The mental symptoms are brief, but their consequences are more serious - lack of focus, tension, instability and trouble sleeping.

How do you deal with this feeling?

There are many ways to understand and face one's fear and anxiety. Understanding and self-awareness are the first steps anyone can take to overcome their fear and anxiety. A certain level of acknowledgment and acceptance of the nature of emotions is how we can begin. Getting to the core of the stimulus and the emotional meaning it holds on the body and mind is a very effective and therapeutic way to do so. The process is definitely simplified in the presence of counselors and medical professionals.

I always thought of small things as big things, when we have problems, we don't get hungry, we don't sleep, only problems seem big in front of us.

One day, I realized that there was only one person who could pull me out of this, and that was me. I have to help myself now or I'm going to be here forever. You need to realize that medications, family and friends can help you, rest is in your hands - self help. To tell the truth, the problem lies in the way we face it, failure is not permanent, we must often tell ourselves that we can overcome any problem.

Some tips to avoid suffering from anxiety.

I am not going to give you any tricks to beat anxiety as there are no formulas. What worked for me may not work for you, but I promise you that you will get out of it.

First of all you should realize you are a human being. every human have good and bad times. Be sensitive to yourself. Everything is a part of life; If you can't achieve something, don't panic, it's okay if you try your best. There are many opportunities waiting for you. I accepted that it doesn't matter if I perform well and get not a lot of marks. Scores don't define me.

Anything that disturbs your peace of mind should be removed. You have to live this life and you know it very well. Peace of mind is more important than anything else. Stop grumbling about everything, you have to ignore something to live a healthy life.

Meet your friends and hang out. Add some form of physical activity to your schedule such as yoga, dance, cycling, playing games etc. My basic motto to avoid anxiety is "Keep your self busy and don't give your brain time to think anything negative".

you are absolutely right life is the combination of happiness and stresses and whenever there is a joys and happiness obviously we have to face anxiety and stress with passively and yeah few are automatically and sudden stress such as accidental such as accidents death and certain trauma, which makes us worried and we feel that life is no more happy for us.

It's happy to know you have shared few tips that can be adopted in life to avoid unavoidable stresses in life such as avoid the things which makes us worried and it should try to best level we didn't think about the things that are source of anxiety and stress in our life so that we can enjoy the real beauty of life for long time.

Human life is a beautiful gift in every way and the responsibility of this life depends on our wishes. If our wish is fulfilled then we are happy and if our wish is not fulfilled then it becomes a target of our life which we want to fulfill under any circumstances but sometimes it becomes a challenge and in future It is also responsible for depression for us. Absolutely @jyoti-thelight mam, you are right that we ourselves do not know what is better for us which will help us in reducing depression. But we can definitely help each other.
