The Diary Game [06/05/2024] // A Day of Rest at Home.

Steem greetings all the way from the motherland-Cameroon and welcome to my blog as I share my daily routine with you all. Guys…it was our normal Monday ghost town as we are forced to stay back home by separatists fighters. I usually used this day to wash dirty clothes, clean the house and cook.

This day was different as I had to respect the doctor’s order of bed rest. I went to bed the previous night early and I wake up very late. I was feeling better than previous days and the temperatures were high. I got a cold bath and started with curation with the Steemcurator05 account.

I searched from community to community and blog to blog for quality content respecting steemit rules and our team’s curation guidelines. Then I went back to bed after taking bread with chocolate and tea. I stayed in bed till afternoon hours and I had to boil fresh groundnuts to eat while relaxing my nerves.

I relaxed on the couch with my kids for a while and decided to prepare lunch. I had everything at home and my daughter assisted me to prepare some of the ingredients. I prepared fried white beans with boiled ripe plantains.

The evening hours were kind of busy as I had to continue curation with SC05 account. After curation, was soccer night with my husband. We both were supporting Man United because of André Onana. The first half of the game was frustrating as Crystal Palace was leading 2:0.

^{Man United Captain humiliated terribly as his defenders were not there due to injuries. He had to cover up at the defence but most often forgot his rule and find himself at the midfield which caused them 4:0.}

The second half came and we thought the coach was going to correct all the errors and talked to his boys and they bounce back into the game. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The humiliation continued as Crystal Palace was bent at adding more goals.

The disappointment of the game was terrible and I was so upset with the whole team. I carried my disappointment to bed wishing to wake up and face a bright new day. Until my next diary session, rendezvous for PSG game, joined me and support PSG to the finals of UEFA champions league tonight.
