Welcome to another week of Make Noise project, an idea that seeks to reward the interaction of people within the Steem blockchain. The dynamic is simple, each comment you make will add a point and each post 2 points, the one who gets the most points at the end of the week will win.
The ranking can be observed at any time through https://s7ventech.com/steem/ and the statistics will be refreshed manually between 10:00 on Sunday and 4:00 on Monday UTC time.

- Unmoderated, It means that the author's interaction has not been thoroughly reviewed.
- Warning, Means that the author received an alert due to bad behavior related to his interaction and have been excluded for prize.
- Regular, means that the author have received a suggestion due to a slight mistake.
- Correct, It means that the author was reviewed and met the expected standards.
- Banned, means that the author is blacklisted from now on.

Rules
Rules are necessary to regulate the winner selection, and we will be adding a few of them with the time, from now we will only add the this:
- Users or communities cannot win two times in a row.
- Users should have to post at least 5 times in the week.
- The posts should be of quality, something better that images with few text. (We recommend 250-300 words and 3 pictures)
- Steem Representatives are not elegible for prizes.
- The communities eligible for prizes WILL ONLY be those that have an active community account, that is, the prize will be awarded to the community. Under no circumstances will we reward a moderator or common user for the performance of a community.
We reserve the right to blacklist spamming accounts.
Prizes
- TOP users will receive booming vote.
- We invite the users to support top communities as we don't have a prize yet.
Warnings
We are well aware that several users are constantly trying to abuse the system in order to get additional support, for this reason We will be randomly reviewing the quality of the comments that different authors are making (especially the authors selected to receive booming support). If we find negative patterns, we will make the relevant recommendations. Multiple faults will incur a permanent inclusion in the blacklist of the initiative.
COMMUNITY QUEST
I have noticed that many communities are only commenting on the verification table in the publications of their participants without adding a relevant comment. This is discouraging because many people have told me that they feel that the moderators are not reading their publications.
The moderators must set an example, it is not a question of verifying to get out of the way but not appreciating the work of others. It is understandable that due to the presence of the SBDs and the massive influx that some communities receive in the Steemit Engagement Challenge there is a lot of work, I think that when the work is greater than it is possible to assume, the communities should begin to consider the recruitment of new moderators to lighten the burden, but sacrificing the proper review of the publications should never be an option.
I would like to know what the community thinks of this, the Steemit team, other moderators, for this you can answer these questions in the comments:
- Have you received a verification without comment in any community? How did you feel?
- Do you think that the moderators should make comments demonstrating that they have read the posts?
- What do you suggest to moderators while reviewing publications in their communities?

Con respecto a las preguntas aquí las responderé:
¿Has recibido una verificación sin comentarios en alguna comunidad? ¿Cómo te sentiste?
Si me ha pasado muchas veces, la verdad es molesto que los usuarios se esfuercen en crear contenido y que solo reciban una tablita de parte de la comunidad. Cómo moderadores de comunidad debemos no solamente dejar una verificación en cada publicación, debemos dejar un comentario en respuesta a dicha publicación sea del tipo de contenido que sea. Eso hace constar que nuestro post fue leído y posiblemente pueda quedar entre los ganadores. Es una falta de respeto para los usuarios el que simplemente les dejen una tablita y ya.
¿Crees que los moderadores deberían hacer comentarios demostrando que han leído los posts?
Por supuesto, cómo moderadores de comunidad debemos ser el ejemplo de un comentario de calidad. También así creamos cierta amistad con otros usuarios, conocemos sus vidas y sus pasiones
¿Qué sugieres a los moderadores mientras revisan publicaciones en sus comunidades?
Sencillo, que realicen un trabajo bien hecho y si por alguna razón no les gusta lo mejor es dejar el cargo a la orden y le den la oportunidad a otro usuario de trabajar en comunidad

Por mi parte, puedo decir que en varias ocasiones recibí comentarios solo con la tabla de verificación, pero no quiero señalar a nadie porque entiendo la magnitud del trabajo que tienen los moderadores cuando se encuentran en el reto de interacción
Pero de eso se trata contar con un buen equipo de moderadores, con los cuales puedan apoyarse mutuamente cuando se sientan cansados.
Lo que puedo sugerir a los moderadores es que no dejen todo para último minuto, que no dejen acumular demasiadas publicaciones para el final de la jornada.
Trabajo acumulado se traduce en estrés y bajo rendimiento, lo cual no es conveniente para una interacción saludable en la comunidad

Es correcto, no es para señalar, quizás algunas comunidades no se han percatado que necesitan renovar su equipo, asi que la dinámica es con el objetivo de que sirva de punto de reflexión

I am a moderator and you can check, I try to review posts with a short note if they need corrections I mention them and I try to answer if users have any questions. In short I try to make the user feel that I have read his post. There was a time when I just checked their post to see if there was any abuse, then I finished the review but when I started to write a summary or a comment on their post, I noticed, they happily replied. I would like to thank you for raising this question. You can check any of my review comments to see how users respond to my review comments. I think you will be happy to see. Although it takes a lot of time, I think this is what proper engagement is and as a moderator it is my responsibility.

Es lo correcto, que cada moderador de su punto de vista en cada publicación de los usuarios, donde ellos sientan que están siendo atendidos.

Primero que lean la publicación. Den sus respuestas al tema. Alentar al autor a continuar publicando.

Saludos amigo yo he visto esto que mencionas con gran preocupación ya que no valoran el esfuerzo y trabajo de los usuarios que tratan de dar lo mejor en cada publicación, es más he visto post que ya han sido revisado por el moderador y le colocan la tabla y un valor de 10 incluso cuando estuve fuera del club 5050 me verificaban como si estuviera dentro del club y opte por colocar que estaba en powerdown para ahorrar el trabajo, pienso que un moderador debe mostrar empatía pir el trabajo que hace porque al final es un trabajo lo que hacen y deben hacerlo de la mejor forma
1- En cuanto a las preguntas la primera si he recibido verificación sin dejar ningún comentario ni retroalimentación alguna, esto deje un mal sabor en la boca porque lo hacen para salir del paso
2- Pienso que si deben dejar un buen comentario para que el autor sienta que su trabajo fue muy bueno, además de dejar las recomendaciones y correcciones necesarias
3- Creo que no es necesario dejar un comentario de más de 10 líneas sino hacerse sentir he visto moderadores que se ocupan de hasta tres o cuatro comunidades y esto es una sobrecarga de trabajo porque me imagino que deben tener otras responsabilidades fuera de la plataforma, espero que esto sirva para mejorar y no psra crear discordia

Ser moderadora no es fácil,pero sabemos o tenemos una idea de la responsabilidad al que nos enfrentamos cuando decidimos postularnos a este puesto.
Has recibido una verificación sin comentarios en alguna comunidad? ¿Cómo te sentiste?
La verdad sí, me ha pasado varias veces y es algo que desagrada mucho por qué uno se esfuerza en cumplir con las reglas de los concursos por ejemplo y para que solo pongan una tabla insignificante es bastante molesto.
¿Crees que los moderadores deberían hacer comentarios demostrando que han leído los posts?
Yo he Sido moderadora en dos comunidades y me caracterizo por leer cada publicación que me corresponde y siempre trato de dejar un lindo comentario dejando saber al autor que he leído su publicación. Creo que es el trabajo de un moderador. Al menos eso me enseñaron.

Leer cada publicación como debe ser y dejar un comentario agradable, antes lo hacían no sé por qué ahora tienen está moda de solo la tabla. Hagan el trabajo como debe ser. Y sí no les gusta pues darle el chance a alguien más que si quiera hacerlo.
Me gustó este momento dónde podemos expresar está inconformidad porque hay muchas personas que no están de acuerdo.
