An update regarding @upex voting service

There have been some questions about the @upex voting process...

As it stands right now, @upex upvotes posts one time every 24 hours, which means that if you have posted less than 24 hours from your prior upvote, you likely will not get the upvote.

However, we are in the process of transitioning towards starting and ending each day at a set time, so if you post at any time during that window, you will get your upvote.

We feel like that is what most users prefer and seems to be the most convenient as well.

The plan is to move to midnight CST (China Standard Time), which seems to be a timezone several other upvote delegation services use as well.

The ETA of the change to midnight CST is currently unknown as we are still doing some testing, but we are expecting to make the change shortly, and will be sure to put out a post letting all our users know when it happens.

Remember, if you ever have a missed upvote for whatever reason, be sure to leave us a comment here or on any of our posts and we will be sure to make it up for you!
