Vechain is boring right now... but is it a good investment?

I have been a big fan of Vechain for a long time, and I still am. But, I must also say that the price action of the token has been extremely boring and slow in the last year. Even though the rest of the market has pumped a lot, Vechain and its VET token has been almost still.

I do know, if VET will pump, then the price will go bananas and maybe 3-4x quickly. But, is it worth waiting? Or would I be better off just owning Bitcoin instead of VET?

Vechain is up 86% compared to the price it had one year ago.
Solana is up 733% compared to the price it had one year ago.
Bitcoin is up 150% compared to the price it had one year ago.
Ethereum is up 70% ccompared to the price it had one year ago.
