How motivation has the force that pushes us in towards our goals

Most of the time we spend planning what to include in the meditation practice is spent trying to understand how people work. We do study in the field, talk to our users, and then talk to our psychologist consultants about the problems we find.

Now that we know this, our team's goal becomes clearer every day. We all think that we are different, but we are really all the same.

We are both affected by the same things and feel the same mental pain. We change because of each other over time, and the people we spend a lot of time with every day make us closer.

We chose to focus on inspiration because it's something that everyone wants to know more about.

We all need motivation, and now more than ever as a new era begins. Motivation is what drives everything we do. Of course, as we work towards our goals, we all run into problems along the way.

We sometimes make up our minds, set goals, and make a plan of action, but we quickly give up on them.

We lose our drive, even though we want to keep going. We sometimes overstate the problems we have while driving. Comparing ourselves to others can make us feel like we're not good enough and give up.

Lots of the time, it's how we think about things that make them hard, not the things themselves. When we are faced with a problem, we think about what could happen and get lost in the fog of our own ideas and conclusions.

In fact, we stop ourselves from being motivated.

At these times, think about how many of the ideas that are really draining your drive are actually true. How many of them are down firmly? What are these bases made of? Why did you come up with this idea if it doesn't make sense?

Some of our thoughts may be linked to things that happened in the past because of the marks that those events leave on us. In any case, know that these things are part of being human.

Things don't always go the way we want them to. Bad things have happened to all of us. As you work towards a goal, it's important to be aware of whether or not your past events make you lose motivation, get off track, or give up.

Every day the sun comes up again, and things are always changing. The person you were yesterday is not the same person you are today. Today and this very moment are both new starts.

The inspiration series will have us ask ourselves things as we go. In meditation, we will find out more about ourselves, find out what drives us, and get the answers to the things we want to know. We can hear our inner voice if we stop and pay attention.
