Peace be upon to all friends of this community Steem Fashion and Style. In this week I chose cooking for this beautiful contest. I invite to my steemit fellows to read my this post, I am sure you will like this. In this contest I am going to cook capsicum with potatoes. This is very different recipe. This is very special dish in our area. It is very tasty dish. Alhamdullah I am fine and I hope you will be same. Thank you so much my favourite steemian @pea07 for organizing this contest. This ingredients I used at the time of Capsicum with potatoes".

Sr	ingredients	Quantity
1	Potatoes	Half Kg
2	Onion	3 medium size
4	Tomato, Green chilli	2 table spoon choped
5	Capsicum	250g
6	Nemat Oil	5 table spoon

Step 1

First of all I on gas stove and put pan on the stove. I put oil into pan and keep flame medium. When oil warm I put the pieces of Capsicum in the oil. I fry it for 10 minutes in high flame. After that I got it out.

Step 2

In this step, I put the pieces of onions in hot oil. I fry onion for 3 minutes in low flame. I fry it untill the colour of onion became slight change.

Step 3

After that I put red chill, green chilli, salt and garlic. I mixed it well until all were mixed. I fried it for 4 minutes in medium flame. You friends can see in below picture.

Step 4

After frying the garlic, chilli and salt, I again fry it for 2 minutes more untill it fry well. By doing this the taste develope. I put potatoes pieces and capsicum pieces for frying.

Step 5

I fry first potatoes pieces and then capsicum pieces. I took 10 minutes for it's well frying. After that I let it for one minute more. Now cooking is completed. I put it in small bowl and took a final picture of it.
